A expanded home completed for an established athletic retailer in Long Lake, MN. The 14,000 SF addition utilizes the footprint and foundation of a former service garage for the principal structure to house the skiing, running and triathlon portions of the business, while a new link connects to an adjacent building containing the related bicycling outlet. The businesses share loading and other services at the rear of the new link.
