A small main-floor addition enlarges the kitchen, relocates the back door and creates a mudroom with an entry porch.  An existing 3-season porch is rebuilt to become a 4-season sun room.

On the second floor, an addition above the sun room provides space for a master bath while a walk-through closet area is claimed from the existing master bedroom.
